It comes with a combination rug and floor tool, adapting to hard floors, area rugs and low-pile carpeting with a quick click of the rocker switch. It includes the standard crevice tool, dusting brush and upholstery nozzle accessories for detail cleaning, all stored on a Vario clip at the base of the hose. The Miele Quartz is built with the new low-noise Vortex Motor system, and uses extra dampening material to make the vacuum particularly quiet. It has a six-position dial suction control, giving you the power you need for hard floors, carpets, upholstery, and area rugs. If there is ever a blockage, the safety shut-off stops the motor from overheating. All the dust and debris sucked up by the motor is held in 3.7 quart AirClean dustbag, and tiny particles are trapped in its Air Clean filter which lasts as long as four bags. With a 33-foot operating radius, the Miele Quartz follows you around the entire room on 360° casters and rubber wheels. Its extra-long cord minimizes switching outlets, and the one-touch automatic cord rewind makes storing the Miele Quartz especially easy when the job is done. The stainless steel telescopic wand and floor tool fit snugly in a storage bracket on the side of the vacuum so it won’t take up all the space in your closet.
