 Most in-stock products are shipped same or next day from our warehouse. Some heavier products are drop shipped from the manufacturer and may take another couple of days to ship. Custom ordered products take longer, as noted on product pages.

If you find the identical product published at a lower price and in stock on another site from an authorized dealer, we try our best to match the price. No Hassle, Easy Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If your product is defective within this time of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and will happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location.

If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. Certain products are not returnable, including opened bags and filters, used apparel and custom ordered products. It is against the law to resell opened filters; therefore, it cannot be returned.

We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs . Returns made within 30 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns may be assessed a restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.

Returning products is easy, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Simply go to our contact us form,or call 1 855 5520903 click on 'Returns, Exchanges and Refunds' contact reason to request a Return Authorization Number, and we will promptly contact you with this number. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.

  2. We will also provide you with the appropriate address to ship your return.

  3. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the appropriate amount by check or credit card.

Exceptions: A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they can not be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Canceled Orders

Orders Shipped Via FedEx or UPS Ground may be cancelled any time with no penalties, charges, or restocking fees. 

Orders Shipped Via FedEx Overnight will be charged the overnight shipping cost if not canceled before the item ships (weekdays by 4pm CT).
